Good Morning!
This week we are talking about plagiarism and the importance of giving credit to the ones who wrote or thought the ideas in the first place. I personally do not feel I am very good at this but I do try my best to make sure I cite it, whether it is cited correctly is another whole discussion. I know that if I was a writer and wrote a lot of research articles or even books, I would want everyone who uses information from my work to cite it and give the credit. This is like stealing from a store or a friend and it is simply just not right.
I hope everyone has a great week and see you in the discussion boards.

Hi Karen love the fish!! Plagiarism is a very tricky thing. I strive to not do plagiarize.
ReplyDeleteHi Karen
ReplyDeleteYou've done wonders with your blog. Can I use some of your ideas, don't worry I'll be sure to use the proper references and cite correctly, lol. I agree with the rules of plagiarism. Why not just say where you get the info and everybody's happy. Now I agree with you about doing it the right way when writing a paper. I am such an analytical person I usually go over whatever I have to write for class 10 times just to make sure that I cited correctly. That's a hard pill to swallow being deemed a plagiarizer when it was an honest mistake or overlook. I guess thats why I do what I do. Karen you gotta show me how to add music to the blog I really like how yours is set up. woo hoo ahuh ooo yeah I'm moving to the music thats playing right now. lol
